Allanah Hayman

Hello! I’m Allanah, the owner and founder of Eternal Beauty, which I opened in 2015 with a vision of creating more than just a salon — a space where clients could truly slow down, feel cared for, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more confident than when they arrived.

Specialising in facials, lash lifts, and brow laminations, I’m passionate about creating treatments that are both results-driven and deeply relaxing. My facials are known for their calm, nurturing feel, giving clients a chance to switch off from busy lives, relax completely, and take a moment for themselves. Creating a peaceful experience where clients feel comfortable, looked after, and genuinely cared for is at the heart of everything I do.

One of my biggest passions is also mentoring and training my team. I have built Eternal Beauty around consistency, warmth, and high standards, with every therapist personally trained by myself. Supporting trainees, helping my team grow in confidence, and creating a salon environment that feels welcoming for both clients and staff is something I take great pride in.

Eternal Beauty has always been about more than beauty treatments — it’s about helping people feel good within themselves and leaving feeling more confident, refreshed and cared for.

JADE COULTHARD

Starting her journey at Eternal Beauty as a trainee in 2020, Jade has grown into a confident and valued member of the team and is now known by many clients as our “Lash Master”

With a love for all things brows and lashes, Jade specialises in creating beautifully shaped brows and flawless lash results that leave clients feeling confident and refreshed. Her bubbly personality, friendly nature, and ability to make every appointment feel comfortable and relaxed make her such a lovely part of the salon experience. Whether it’s your first appointment or your regular catch-up, Jade is always up for a chat and loves helping clients feel at ease in her room.

Alongside her treatment work, Jade is also incredibly supportive within the team and is always happy to help guide and encourage our junior therapists. Having started as a trainee herself, she understands the importance of patience, confidence, and creating a positive environment where everyone feels supported as they grow

HOLLY PROUDLOCK

Holly joined the Eternal Beauty team as a trainee in 2023 and has brought such a calm and caring energy to the salon ever since.

Loving all things relaxation, waxing and spray tans, Holly enjoys creating treatments that help clients slow down, unwind, and leave feeling refreshed and glowing. Her gentle nature and quiet confidence make her someone clients naturally feel comfortable around. She takes pride in making every appointment feel peaceful, welcoming, and personalised.

Whether it’s a relaxing treatment or helping someone achieve the perfect natural glow, Holly loves being part of those small moments that help clients feel more confident, relaxed, and looked after.

Charli Adams

Charli first joined Eternal Beauty through work experience before officially starting as a trainee in 2023, and has continued growing into a fun and valued part of the team ever since.

With a love for brows, waxing, and lashes, Charli enjoys helping clients feel fresh, confident, and put together after every appointment. Her bubbly personality and easy-going nature make appointments with her feel comfortable, relaxed, and full of good conversation and laughs along the way.

Charli also has a creative side and loves being able to express that through her work, whether it’s creating the perfect brows, flawless lashes, or helping clients leave the salon feeling their absolute best.

Jess Reid

Jess joined Eternal Beauty as a trainee in 2025 and is the youngest member of the team, balancing both school and the beginning of her beauty career.

Still early in her journey, Jess is loving the opportunity to learn more about the beauty industry every day and enjoys building her confidence and skills within the salon environment. She has a bright, positive nature and is excited to continue growing alongside the team while gaining hands-on experience across all areas of beauty therapy.

Jess is passionate about learning, loves being part of the salon atmosphere, and is enjoying every step of becoming a therapist.
